Come out for a day of winter fun and family excitement! The new location for 2025 Foote Ave will be closed down on the South Side of Fairfield Ave next to Scheniders Sweet Shop. Kids can enjoy free games, prizes, one-of-a-kind balloon creations, and free popcorn with the Bellevue Police. Warm up at our pop-up dance party, browse unique winter vendors, and sample delicious Chili Flights from the Bellevue Restaurant Chili Cook-Off.
