The Geauga County Maple Festival is every April in Chardon Square, which is located in beautiful, bucolic Geauga County. It's a time to celebrate the year's maple crop, which has been around since 1926. In addition to hosting the largest maple contest in Ohio, the event includes bathtub races, maple candy carving and a "sap" run. This is a kid-friendly event with rides, games and tons of food.
