The City of Harrisburg will host the 109th annual Kipona Festival along Riverfront Park and City Island from Saturday, August 30 – Monday, September 1. The event will feature a Multicultural Celebration, Family Fun Zone, Art in the Park, drone & fireworks show, live music stage, Keystone Dock Dogs competition, giant puppet parade, food trucks, a beer/wine garden, and more! FREE admission with no ticket required all 3 days. \#KiponaHBG

- 11am-7pm on Saturday, August 30
- 11am-8pm \(with a drone show & fireworks to follow\) on Sunday, August 31

PARKING – Metered street parking is free on Sunday and Monday. On Saturday, parking at the River Street Garage is $5 from 8am-5pm \(must enter/exit within this time frame\). There is $5 parking on City Island and $10 parking from 10am-10pm at the Market Square Garage courtesy of Park Harrisburg.
BIKES/PUBLIC TRANSIT - free bike parking will be provided at Walnut & Forster Streets along Riverfront Park courtesy of Recycle Bicycle. The train station is just 3 blocks away.
